We’re keeping dentistry independent.
The best care comes from practices owned by the people who run them.
But independence shouldn’t mean falling behind, so we build the tools that let private practices outcompete the corporate consolidators.
Come build it with us.
Why we started Minty
Minty began with something we both grew up around: doctor parents in small town America. We saw, up close, how hard it is to own and run a private practice. The long hours, the business decisions no one trains you for, and the constant feeling of falling behind.
Dentistry, especially, is behind on technology. While other fields modernized, independent dental practices were left with dated software, manual workflows, and no support system to lean on. That gap is what corporate groups exploit when they roll up practices.
We started Minty to close that gap without asking dentists to give up ownership. We bring technology and operational support exceeding that of a big group, to the independent practice, so the people who care for patients stay in control of the business.
Owner-operators provide better care
When the person making the decisions is the same person treating patients, everyone wins: patients, doctors, and staff. We build to keep it that way.
Dentists shouldn’t have to sell to compete
Private-equity rollups win on scale and back-office leverage. Minty gives independent practices that same edge, without giving up ownership.
The unglamorous work decides everything
Financing, billing, credentialing, marketing: the operational work that decides whether a practice thrives. We allow the doctors to focus on care.
